How many of us have been exposed to the latest and greatest new age personal growth techniques and get rich quick schemes only to fall back into our same old non productive life style patterns???
Well guess what, modern neurobiology may have some answers to our rabid procrastination patterns.

There is a place found in the mid portion of the brain that is called the Caudate Nucleus. This area of the brain is a filtering mechanism or better yet a padlock that holds our programed belief systems in place. The Caudate Nucleus does not allow the neuro net patterns of the brain to effectively absorb new and useful energy and information or productive integration into the other learning centers in the human computer hard drive. The Caudate nucleus has been nicknamed the FEAR CENTER in the brain and it literally locks us into old personality program patterns starting in early childhood development. Our personality is fully developed at around age 20. What ever our life model is at that point we have a tendency to continue  replaying outworn repetitions of useless activities and destructive addictive behavior patterns. Eventually we end up in the downward spiral of degenerative illness, depression ,and untimely death.

So essentially most of us are just aging 20 year olds playing out that same old sad song and stale rhythm of life. We want to change so much, but no matter what we try, even with the so called anecdotal blasts of success the advertising hype portrays in the blurred dialog from the “BOOB TUBE” we still seem to miss the mark. We end up back in the same old rut trapped in some form of ADDICTION!!!

There is a solution to this but it is not a microwavable quick fix. But the real secret to constructive change is right at your finger tips.
